Okay, before I continue I want to point out a few things:

I pointed this out because I just did a search of other blogs using google and found about 90% of them all had products on the page! I am writing this to share with you what honestly helped me lose 6lbs every week, and I wasn't even following the goddamn program completely!

My names Kea Bankes. At the time of writing this I am 36 years young and loving life! There is nothing else I want out of life, I have it all!

Sorry to boast, but I did not used to be like this. I used to have chornic health conditions including...Ulcerative Colitis, Depression, Anxiety and borderline ankylosing spondylitis. Worse of all, I was almost 50lbs overweight and felt miserable!

You can see the difference this program made for me physically. I am still battling my other chronic conditions, but my spondylitis is slowly vanishing, which is surprsing!
